Kotha Janta starring Allu Sirish and Regina in the lead roles had its music launch on April 12, 2014. Several celebrities including Allu Arjun graced the event that was held at Rock Heights in Hyderabad. Veteran director K Raghavendra Rao unveiled the audio albums.Surender Reddy, V V Vinayak, Dil Raju, Harish Shankar, Gopichand Malineni, Sukumar and other guests wished the director Maruthi and Allu Sirish a great success.
Apart from lead pair, Madhurima who did an item song in the film was also present. Allu Arjun said he is confident that the film would become a big hit. "I watched the film. Loved the way Maruthi directed it. I am glad that he is giving a hit to my brother. I am proud to say that Maruthi is my friend. Regina is a show reel kind of movie," Allu Arjun said.
